Upload limits and formats
For ShopZero stores, image uploads support JPEG, PNG, and WebP. Most image upload flows allow up to 15 MB per image. General file uploads/attachments are typically capped at 10 MB. Product “video” is usually provided as a URL, not a direct uploaded video file.
Recommended aspect ratios
Use these defaults to avoid awkward crops:
- Product images: 1:1 (square)
- Homepage/content banners: 2:1
- Logo: wide horizontal, around 3:1 to 4:1
- OG/social image: 1200x630 (~1.91:1)
Why these sizes work
Square product media keeps cards consistent across catalog grids. A 2:1 banner fits hero/content blocks without excessive vertical crop. Wide logos stay readable in nav/footer. The 1200×630 OG format is widely compatible with Facebook, LinkedIn, and messaging previews.
