Marketing Support for Bangladesh Stores: Ads, Catalog, and a Team That Knows Facebook Selling

7 min read

Most local stores do not fail because checkout is missing. They fail because catalog, Pixel, ads, and “please boost this” live in five tools while orders live in a sixth. ShopZero marketing support is meant to close that gap: people who help you launch, plus Meta ads, catalog, and creative tools in the same merchant app as inventory.

The dedicated page is Marketing support. This post is the practical version for teams that already sell on Facebook.

What “support” means here

It is not a black-box agency that takes a cut of ad spend. Meta still bills campaigns. ShopZero helps you connect catalog, Pixel, and ads, then you promote from Growth and product pages. If you want a walkthrough for a new store, say so on Get started.

  • Launch help: branding, tracking, and a first promotion path.
  • One Facebook connection for catalog sync, traffic ads, and Promote on Facebook.
  • AI drafts for social captions and listing copy (bring-your-own keys)—you approve what goes live.
  • Branded SMS so delivery updates look like they come from your store.

Why this is different from “just open Ads Manager”

Ads Manager is fine if someone on the team lives there. Many Bangladesh merchants do not. They need a traffic ad from the product they just listed, with the live storefront URL, without rebuilding creative from a blank campaign. ShopZero’s Facebook Ads workflow and Meta product page describe that loop. Marketing support is how we help you turn it on without guesswork.

Honest limits

  • Ad spend is Meta’s invoice, not your ShopZero subscription.
  • Catalog and in-app ads are plan features—they unlock when the plan includes them.
  • Meta still approves, delivers, and attributes. ShopZero does not override policy review.

If a tool cannot do something yet (full Messenger inbox, shopping campaigns, Conversions API), we say so on the Meta page rather than implying an autopilot.

Dropshipping and ads on the same URL

When you add dropship products, they still have ShopZero product pages. Catalog sync and Promote use those URLs. Expanding range only works if the new SKUs are findable—marketing support and dropshipping are meant to run together, not as rival add-ons.

A sensible first week

  1. Confirm the plan includes Meta catalog and/or ads.
  2. Connect Facebook; bind catalog and/or ad account + Page; add Pixel.
  3. Sync a tight catalog, then promote one proven SKU—not the entire range.
  4. Read spend and clicks next to orders; iterate. Ask us if the first campaign needs a walkthrough.

Existing merchants: Growth → Facebook Ads and Integrations → Meta. New merchants: get started and mention marketing support in the note.
